Mine does the same blows out of all vents has right left hvac actuator codes. It wasnt working as the ambient outside temp sensor was bad i had replaced the plug and 11$ sensor from autozone it went from default 69 and blows out of all vents it does take a minute to cycle on and blow out of all vents but does clear a foggy windshield.
