Default Need help with electrical issue

Hi all,

I need help figuring out some electrical issues i've been having with my 97 c5... They may be related or separate issues, i'm not entirely sure and would love some guidance on tracking down and fixing the problems
  1. Blower is on even when car is off. I had the same problem last year and replaced the blower motor module almost exactly 1 year ago which fixed the issue but now it's happening again so i'm guessing there is a larger issue that needs to be addressed.
  2. Front turn signals only work sometimes. Rear signals work 100% of the time and when tapping into the front turn signal wires under the steering column and hooking that up to a light, it also works 100% of the time. When testing with a multimeter, i noticed random voltage drops that would coincide with the turn signal failure. The readings were taken near the front signal bulb, readings upstream (by the steering column) did not produce the same results. Things i have ruled out so far
    • multifunction turn signal stalk switch (replaced)
    • hazard switch (replaced)
    • bulb sockets (replaced)
    • bulbs (tried halogens and LEDs and switchbacks, same issue for all)
Any ideas or suggestions for either of the issues would be greatly appreciated. I'd be happy to provide more details or info if necessary to help with diagnosis
