No click no start issues 2003 z06
Having the no click no start issues jumped the red and purple wires on the tds relay car turns over where do I go from here
not getting 12 volts across the yellow and black wires but car starts with a jump wire across the purple and yellow where do I go from here
replaced the tds relay still with no luck

I'd suggest to first check for fault codes. My '01 Z had a similar issue, and at the time I had code B2723 CH, which set me down the right path.

As mentioned in previous reply check for 12v across the yellow and yellow black stripped wires at the TDR. The yellow wire provides 12v from the Ignition switch contacts and goes to the clutch safety switch and then on to the TDR.The yellow black stripped wire originates at the BCM which provides a ground if everything is OK with the VATs, is your Security light on, it should be off when you turn the key to the start position.

Not everything will throw a code, I suspect that it's probably not the VATs because that would show a code. Again you have to verify that you have 12v across the TDR coil, that's the yellow and yellow/black stripped wire the 12v will only be present when the key is held in the start position, it could also very well be that the TDR has failed.
