Yes, with the front of the car disassembled as far as you already seem to have it you shouldn't have too much trouble just using and overhead hoist. The pain in the *** will getting it to mate up properly at the clutch end and getting everything properly aligned. I'd suggest installing the flywheel and clutch before installing the engine. The upper bellhousing bolts will be a bitch, but you probably can unbolt the subframe and lower it a bit to get those in before lifting everything back up to the proper position
