I changed from an LS1 to an LS6 intake, the AC fan show full on yet hardly blows any aire, the AC sends cold air out, so the compressor is working, could I have missed something??

There's a small vacuum line in the back of the intake that you probably forgot to reconnect. It's just under the electrical connector for the MAP sensor in the back/middle of the intake. :yesnod:
You probably won't be able to get to it without taking the manifold part-way out. One member, chuckster, had his nine-year-old son with small nine-year-old hands reach back there and connect it for him. Smart man, that chuckster. :cheers:
Below is a pic of my intake off the car. The arrow points to the location of where the vacuum hose connects. It's a 90 degree rubber fitting that plugs in just under the connector. The tube the hose connects to points towards the passenger fender.
