I'm brainstorming here. Have you made sure your remotes match up to your selected settings. The remote programmed as #1 will select the #1 memory setting. #2 programmed remote will select the #2 setting.

Have you tried pulling your codes to see what the computer has to say.
Often you can cure problems by pulling the codes and clearing them. This doesn't always work, but it's a first step.
Mine occasioanlly loses it's mind too. Maybe it's alzheimer's setting in from old-age (5 yrs). :lol:
It only does it once in a while, and it seems to goto the other stored memory position. A press of the button on the door panel and it goes where it should.
I have no problems with the other mirror or my seat. I always use the right fob. I also have no codes.
