I just replaced the battery in my 2002 and now I have service,ABS,service active handling, and service traction control alerts. I scanned and no codes showed up. Any suggestions?

Well this is different and confusing. If you have no codes that show after running a diagnostics, I'm not sure how you are getting "alerts?"
In any event, I'd try to clear the codes and/or disconnect the battery and start over, then report back.
if there's low voltage from the battery it can trigger a number of codes. try disconnecting the negative terminal for ~20ish~ minutes to clear any gremlins, and restart the car after that. Most of the codes should go away. If not, just continue driving the car for a few cycles and then report back. Anything remaining at that point is grounds for further disgnosis.
also, if it's a brand new battery, theres a chance that it isn't fully charged. so putting it on a trickle charger or just driving it for a while to let the alternator juice it up should help.
Unfortunately, if all else fails, it sounds like your EBCM may have taken a dump. Let's hope not.
Battery voltage must be measured across the battery terminals to be accurate. Below 12.6 can cause trouble on a C5.
If the battery LOAD tests good, a failing ignition switch often generates all the warnings you describe but does not necessarily throw codes.
