DIC issues after battery change
I replaced my battery, making sure it was the correct battery. Ever since, my DIC periodically freezes on whatever it is set for, and when it starts working again, everything is reset, such as mileage, trip information etc. Any suggestions as to what could be causing this?

C5 DICs are sensitive (insert adolescent joke here) to power fluctuations. Since you just replaced the battery, try to have your whole charging system double checked--- including your battery. You would not be the first guy to buy a new battery and have it "less than."

I just came back from a 600-mile trip with no issues at all, other than the DIC. No problems starting, no problems charging according to the factory gauge. Only problem was the car giving me the DIC.
