Can't give you a definitive answer, but would suggest checking the manual in the heating/cooling section. Not sure that the bulb itself can be replaced, you might have to replace the button assembly. It will be a PITA to get to.

If you are talking about the lamp behind the button (not the yellow 'on' lamp) on a dual zone climate control head, yes they can be replaced - but its not easy. About 1/2 of my lights were out on the control head, I bought a dozen 12v 'grain of wheat' bulbs from a hobby shop and replaced them all. You have to disassemble the thing and solder them in to a double sided PC board..
If you can solder you can replace them but its not an 'easy' bulb replacement, I dont know what kind of crappy bulbs GM used but I have seen a lot of control heads with a couple burned out..
