Cruise control reading double speed
Just bought a C5 and love it. An issue the previous owner has and was not able to resolve: When pushing "Cruise" the dash will read double the speed I am actually going. It works at lower speeds but then shuts off if I am going say 60 - and it reads 120. Computer issue?

Okay, let's assume that the car has been modified. We have to figure out what was done to it.
1. What engine? LS-1, LS-6, or something else?
2. Does the car have a tune?
3. Does it have a 200 or 300 mph speedometer?

2. Does not have a tune that I know of but it is possible.
3. 200 mph speedometer.
