Hello,
Just introducing myself. I am helping my son with his 2004 Corvette Z06 FRC. Looking to replace the headliner. Any thoughts on finding a replacement?
Doug
dbg1999, I had my '02 Z06 headliner redone by a local upholstery shop. They reinforced a few areas of the backing (along driver's window, where there had been a water leak) and reupholstered it in OEM-like material for about $250. That price did not include any labor for removal or re-installation, which I did.

The headliners are hard to come by. I searched for a while before I found one. You can try a local upholstery shop, mine was too far gone. Occasionally one will pop up in the parts for sale section here from someone parting out a FRC but you may need to be local, I know I wouldn't want to deal with shipping one. I got mine off eBay. It weighs nothing but is big so shipping wasn't cheap, around $200 from a salvage yard with a commercial shipping account, probably double that for someone like me to ship it and I'd have to find a box for it. Vettenuts sometimes has them. Don't know where you are located but Corvettes at Carlisle is coming up and you might find one there

Your profile doesn't indicate where you are located. However, if you are located within driving distance of Carlisle it may be possible to find a headliner during this month's Corvettes at Carlisle. Corvettes of Carlisle usually has plenty of used Corvette Parts Vendors. The 1999 - 2000 FRC and the 2001 -2004 Z06 headliners will fit as well.
