Default windshield washer nozzle

Hey all,
I was washing the good old car today and where the washer nozzle on the wiper arm connects to the cowl became separated. I tried to reconnect it to the cowl, but the hose fell under the cowl. I am guessing there is no easy way to get it back into the hole correct? I found this old thread of a DIY, https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...rocedures.html. I doubt anything has changed since 2007 when that was posted but does not hurt to ask. Also is this a common issue? Should I do anything different so it does not happen again?
Thanks!

The 4mm elbow that goes into the rubber? The rubber piece fell into under the cowl? I had changed mine a few months ago to repair the windshield washer fluid functions. Its just a few push clips on the top cowl and the top piece will lift up you can push the rubber insert back up into the hole it was in fairly easy. Shouldnt take but 5 minutes. Is this the one on drivers side or in the middle?

Take off the cowl and you will see your hoses. BTW.... while you are in there, clean out your drain udders.

It was the middle one. I tried to push the one from the wiper onto it and it fell under the cowl. I wonder if the plastics are broken or something? I will have to take a look in a day or two. Do you think I need to remove the wipers as well to lift the cowl up a bit? It seems like is where people have an issue
