Can someone here help me out? What would be top speed in 4th gear with all the gear options (3.42, 3.73, and 4.10)? I ran at the track once and I trapped at 111.11 MPH and I had just shifted into fourth gear with the stock 3.42 gears. I would like to know approximately what RPM I was at and what I would have theoretically been at with different gears.

For an MN6 at 6200 in 4th: 3.42-142.7; 3.73-130.9; 3.90-125.2; 4.10-119.1

That sounds about right for just shifting out of 3rd and into 4th at 111mph. At 6200 rpms, 3rd will run out at 109.7 mph.

You also have to take into consideration what size tire you are going to run on the street and track. If you use a 17" drag radial at the track then it would lower your gears. A 3.90 gear would become a 4.05 with a 17"tire. 4.10's would then effectively become a 4.26. Check your tire sizes and what you plan on using in future to help you make a decision.
