Default Brake Light Wires

Is there any place inside the rear hatch to tap into the brake light wires? I know where to find them on the outside (under the license plate, etc.), but do they run somewhere under the carpeting so I can pull the signal for a data logger that may be installed in one of the storage wells?

I think it runs under the floor, down the torque tube and into the right rear fender. You should be able to pull one of the rear lights, tap into it, then drill from there into the rear of the cargo hold.

Thanks, Dave. I wanted to avoid having to drill through, but that may be the only way to do it.
