ABS,TC lights on

ABS,TC lights on
OK, ABS, traction control both on, out of the blue, just lit up one day a while back after starting the car one morning?
DIC will not open at all, "corvette by chevy" then service vehicle soon, that's it, cannot get into the codes, modules at all, none of the buttons for the dic do anything. checked cleaned grounds, not bad, took ignition switch out today, cleaned contacts, couple burnt, all clean, put back in, same as before. I am going to check wheel sensors for voltage tomorrow, other than what i have done, and checking wheel sensors tomorrow, does anyone know of anything else to check. i do not have a tech ii. Thanks for any/all help.
Edit : forgot to mention, car runs, drives great, just as it always did, just the lights on, and no DIC buttons operable
