Default DIC LED location

Hi all. Does anyone know how to access the LEDs for the DIC on the dash? The bottom 2 buttons are lit but the top ones are not. Thank you.

Take note that the problem might not be the bulbs. It seems that the power circuit, printed onto a thin flex media, can develop an open.
My "Page" button (at the top) will not light, and I know the bulb is good.

I bet you are right. That makes more sense than a bulb.
