Default Serv. Tire mon. Sys acting wonky?

Ok so...I'm on my way to work, everything's fine, '' Serv. Tire mon. Sys '' pops up for a few min. I pull into work and it goes away, I check the tire pressure and it seems to be reading all 4.

and then...I'm on my way home and it comes on again, only to then go back off after about 5 min, everything appears to be working as far as I can see.
Is this an indicator that it's going out? If I were to replace it, how much would it cost for parts + labor, and should I have it fixed ASAP or is this not such a big deal?

I do also wanna point out that I JUST got new tires and this has never happened before.

Could be one, or more of your sensors, are dying. Do you know how old they are? Usual life span is 7-10 years.....BTW, did you actually check the tire pressures, with a gauge, or did you just scroll through the reading on the DIC?

Read the codes from the DIC. It will tell you what's going on. It may point to a sensor issue.

I put on new sensors over the summer, once in a blue moon I get a warning light but goes away shortly after driving, doesn't bother me too much.
