Default Quick Flashing LH signal

Just bought ‘99 vert at Mecum. I’ve changed all the bulbs for the directional signs but the left side still quick flashes. The parking lights all work. The rear lights all work. The 4 way flashers only work on the rear. Could it be the 4 way relay causing the LH to quick flash?
Thanks

Yes, most likely it is the flasher. Pretty common.

Congrats on the car and post some pictures.

I tend to agree with JDMVette. The fast flash should be indicative of a burned out lamp or bad ground, but on this car what it most often tells us is that the flasher is dead or dying — and the only correct way to replace it is pulling the dash. Ugh.
The hyper flash harness inserts into the flasher wiring at a connector behind the driver’s knee panel, a much easier task.
You may still have to change the flasher at some point, as the brake lights go through the flasher too. Oh the fun.

Thanks to all of you. I replaced the 4 way flasher relay. What a P.I.T.A. And while I had most of the dash disassembled ,I also installed a hyper- flash relay just in case I go to LED’s. Now everything works great. I’m thinking of a radio upgrade before I put everything back together.
