2004 ac
My AC is not working I was told it was the Actuators, but If I reset the code the AC will work perfect for a few minute but then blow hot. If I shut of the car and resent the code again you can hear the actuators moving, restart the car and it work for a few minutes only. Any thoughts.

Sounds like you need new actuators to me.
If you reset the actuators, they work until they don't, requiring a new reset so they work until they don't. Does that sound right? If so, you are in a loop and I'd say that you need to swap them out.

I am unclear by what you mean by blow hot. With the a/c off and the blower fan running with the temperature set to full cold, the air out the vents should just be a few degrees warmer than the ambient air temperture. If it is blowing much warmer than ambient, then you have a blend door problem. If it is blowing a little above ambient and does not get cold with the a/c on, you likely have a refrigerant side problem.
