Default Check light for O2 sensor when doing kickdown

Hi, I'm having this strange behaviour and finally managed to provide more details.
When going on WOT, automatic downshifts and I get this error for both O2 sensors on bank 1 (p0131 and p0137). Swapped bank for both sensor but still getting error on bank 1. Maf and air filters cleaned, no apparent air leak on intake.
I have double cone filters on the intake, and an aftermarket terminals.
Any suggestion?

The first thing you should remember is never change parts based on just that code…at WOT the PCM will be in “open loop” and ignoring the O2 sensors for fuel scheduling…it will be looking at other sensor inputs such as MAF, MAP, IAT, ECT, and TP for that…do you have a scan tool and be able to look at all 4 O2’s…since the issue is bank specific it would not be a MAF or say a leaking air bridge…would have to be something like intake runner leak on bank 1 or dirty injectors…would be good to see what the fuel trims and O2 sensors are at idle up to WOT before going into open loop…what is “an aftermarket terminals” ???

The error doesn't come up in any other situation.
Also tried to go WOT in gear2 and the error doesn't show up so I associate it only to downshifting (but will test this again).
I would state that it is more related to rpm than speed.

I swapped bank on both O² sensor but still getting errors on bank 1

Given
"I swapped bank on both O² sensor but still getting errors on bank 1"

or as C5Diag commented, "would have to be something like intake runner leak on bank 1"

a smoke machine makes finding leaks so much easier, assuming your issue is attributed to a leak.

Without scan data this would be a little difficult to diagnose…does this car have a tune ??..what are aftermarket terminals ??…battery terminals ??

No tune as far as I know.
I just purchased an Hypertech to adjust shifting points and firmness as here there are no reputable tuners.

I believe eBay stuff on the back, don't have a brand.

Battery terminals checked, new battery (used to have the same error with the old battery)

Went for a ride yesterday, stopped at a traffic light, transmission in second gear, and after few seconds went WOT: the error appeared again.
I have to mention that the car doesn't seem to have any hesitation or symptoms before/after the error occurs.

Do those sensors cause an O² related error issue?

Yes, you need to get a scan tool that can graph and record those inputs while you are driving under the conditions that set the code and see what they are doing...looking at "freeze frame data" in mode 2 would take a snapshot of those inputs when the code set...I would also look at that data up to WOT.
