Default C5 Auto Seat Replacement

Hi all,

I recently replaced the automatic seats in my car with fixed seats. I just left the plugs open, but covered with electrical tape under the new seats. So far, things seem to be fine, but a friend was telling me there may be parasitic drain and that I may need to add and mount the old auto control module somewhere under the seat? This is a 97 and it doesn't have telescoping column or anything, just auto seats.

Thanks!

You don't need to do anything else. The unplugged connectors won't cause any drain on the system.

the drain is from the security system. keep the car on a tender if you will park it for more than 2-3 weeks. I loose approx ~25percent of my charge in 2 weeks. Might not be as bad in the summer months seeing how I just did this test over the last couple of weeks.
