Call a different locksmith. You need an old guy who was already in business for a while when these cars were new.
Either the dealer or the locksmith should have a tool that reads the ignition cylinder to know the right key code. Once you have a key blank with the right code, any competent locksmith should be able to cut it to fit the cylinder. He might want to cut a key that doesn't have a chip first. That should work in the doors anyway, and it's a lot less expensive than a chipped key.
If all this fails, then you may have a BCM problem. Has it been changed?
I'm guessing, the new keys don't work physically?? Or electronically?? Or both?? As posted, you'll need a locksmith who can cut an accurate key from the physical end. As for the chip value, the old one can be tested for resistance, and the dealer can order the correct chipped key. IF you have a spare key with the correct chip. If you lost the only key, well, hindsight is 20-20, but if I lose any key to anything, I take the spare and make a new one ASAP. Try PMing Stingroo, a CF member who works at a dealership. I'm sure he's seen this situation before, and he could either help you, or offer better advice than I can. Best of luck.....

All good advice, since you lost the one and only key just get any blank key and have a locksmith cut one that will work, meaning you can insert it and turn it. The second part is performing a BCM relearn procedure, that procedure will make the BCM accept the resistor value of the new key. Look up the BCM relearn procedure its here on this site.
