hurst shifter

I just installed a hurst shifter-- WOW! What a difference. Night and day is the only phrase to describe it. Anyone on the fence- jump in. The throw is so short and precise it is like having your hand become part of the tranny.

What springs do you guys use. I used the two softer ones, it seems to be good in terms of feel and return, but is there anything I should be looking out for?

The 2 softer ones really are the way to go... you can also still play with the spring tension for that final tune. :)

I have tried many combinations but I like the one I have now.....1 light outer spring per side.
