Default AC blower question

So I’m new to C5 ownership and have the AC issue of it not blowing any air. I tested the blower and 12v, it goes just fine. I’m trying to determine if it’s the module right behind it or the main controller panel.
I feel like I’m not understanding how it works. I did test voltage at the module plug that goes to the blower and was getting fluctuating results. Perhaps poor testing on my part. Where I’m confused is at the control panel. It has ***** for each side but I cannot seem to figure out how to control the passenger side. The. Temp only changes when I turn the left ****.
thank you for any suggestions.

Did you pull the blower and check for a mouse nest?

Back in 2010 my car had the symptom of no blower. I pulled the motor and it ran fine on 12 Volts. Put it back in, no blower. I finally gave up and took it to the dealer to see if his guy could diagnose it. Bad motor. Replaced the motor and it has run fine since. (???)

One thing to keep in mind is the passenger side has no control of fan speed. Another is the passenger side temp control is only a percentage of the drivers side setting. In other words, if you turn the drivers side temp to full cold, you'll get little to no heat out of the passengers side. I can't remember the percentage, but I wanna say this. If the auto temp control is set to 70°, the passenger side is limited to maybe 67°-73°. Hopefully, this makes some sense...

The passenger side *** doesn't seem to do anything at all. Not sure if I'm using it incorrectly or not. It doesn't change anything on the screen. yes in the picture, I have the AC turned off, but even if i turn it on, same result. passenger *** doesn't change anything on the display

Passenger setting doesn't show in the display. The **** controls temperature only.
