a couple seat questions
I have aa couple seat questions that I have noticed since owning my 2000 since December that I hope to get a couple ideas / answers on: These are for the sport seats.
1. Is it normal for the driver's seat not to go as high as the passenger seat? My wife tried driving, and she can't get the seat high enough and the passenger seat has much more travel upwards.
2. The passenger seat moved forward, back, up, and down, but the lumbar / side bolsters don't move at all. The switch didn't even make a noise when pressed. But, after doing the seat reset trick that C&S has posted where you recline the seat forward till it clicks, now those switches make noise. Not sure if the lumbar works but the side bolsters are still stuck in the forward position. Is this most likely an issue with the bladders? Is there a way to "delete" the bladders? We really don't care about the bolsters "hugging us". Or, if it is the bladder, is the only fix to replace them?
(Update) - today, the next morning, the witches no longer make noise for the lumbar and side bolsters on the passenger side, even after doing another "reset".
I already purchased the C&S seat repair kit for the tracks and rocking, just want to try and fix them all at once.
