0306, key stuck in lock horizontally
Battery was dead so I charged it. Turns out I left the interior light on, but didn’t realize until after the fact. Also new battery and key fob. Car will lock and unlock with key fob and interior switches. Tried jiggling on numerous occasions, dry graphite, WD-40 etc. Key will not turn. Key is in good shape, no bends or cracks. Is there some sort of module that controls the locks, or some sort of relay?

To the OP, clarify where the key is stuck in the horizontal positiom is it the Ignition switch or door, any problems like this are usually in the internal mechanical workings of the key cylinder.
