C5 wheel speed sensor
Good evening, I just purchased a 2004 C5 with 16,000 miles. I’m fixing a few things like window regulator , reverse switch and now working on a speed wheel sensor issue. This forum has been super helpful..so , thank you. Now to my issues; my ABS /traction control light is on. I could see the sensor output jump at 30 mph and only 30 mph. I replaced the dongle but it didn’t fix. So I replaced the hub yesterday with a skf and now the ABS /traction control light comes on as soon as I start moving. Any thoughts?

what he said and make sure your battery is good. I am not saying a bad or weak battery is the problem, a lot of the gremlins in GM cars of this era can be exacerbated by a less than 100% healthy battery, so it sucks to trouble shoot not starting from a good place!

Check the plug in the wire to the hub. The pins get corroded and/or bent and no longer make good contact. Then they don't make any contact at all. This sounds like your problem. Easy to take apart and clean.
