Default MAP sensor wiggles in place

I installed the 2-bar MAP sensor a couple days ago and I thought there was an issue with it as it was loose in the manifold. The rubber seal is still there, but it still moves around quite a bit. Upon searching, I see this is considered "normal" but I'm wondering if any of you have done anything to remedy this. Even a slight leak there can throw off the MAP enough to cause fueling issues, especially with a cammed engine at idle.
I was on limited time so I installed the new sensor the same as the old; but had I planned for this, I probably would've given myself some time to firm that up and ensure a tighter seal.

I'm guessing you used a new seal too? IIRC on the 2 bars I've installed I had to get the seal separately. For those I put a hold down bracket to keep it from blowing out. Those were LS sensors, but not LS motors.

I didn't get a new seal because I didn't realize how the setup was. Luckily the existing one was still OK, but I'm thinking I'd like to pull the whole thing back out, put a new seal on it, and like you said, put a bracket on it somehow to hold it firm.
