What do you want to know about it? I've put the filter on my C5 and it's proves itself within the first few days for driving. It's my favorite low cost mod.

Search the archives here and you'll find some good info on the mod along with a "how to" link.

It would be nice if a forum vendor put together a simple little kit with illustrated instructions.........

Greg,

It’s an easy mod. I got my parts from Home Depot and the 3/8 tubing from Kragens. It takes about 10 minutes to install.

The Compressor filter is in the tool department and the 3/8 barb fittings are in the Plumping section near the back wall.

If you want to see mine let me know.

Why??? It's too easy. The complete instruction is in my webpage: http://benelliwang.badassride.com/Engine/index.html#PCV

But, if you want, paypal me $40 and you will get the complete kit and instructions :jester

Cool Pictorial !! Especially the MGD component! Absolutely Essential! I have a question though,Why is it necessary to seal up the drain at the bottom of the filter? Wouldn't it be better to have a means to periodically empty the filter?

It has one of the check valves like the ones on tires and I just don't want any vacumn suck the air in which may cause the oil to go into the intake manifold. Thus defeating the purpose of the device. However, several forum members has done it without sealing the bottom.

Personally, I don't see why you want to use that thing to dump oil. Just unscrew the clear container and dump it that way. Much easier and less mess...

I read the instructions on how to do the mod and it seems simple enough. What is it supposed to do for you though?
