Automatic Transmission cable replacement costs.
I've got a 99 coupe with 50k miles.
I could do the job myself, but as I get older, I just don't feel like it. My question....
What would be a fair price for parts & labor to replace the gear shift cable? I am doing it as preventative job. I don't want just the nylon couplers replaced, I need the whole thing done.
I am in Florida, if that matters.
I already got a price from my mechanic.
I will save telling you what he wants to do it after I get a few responses.
