I removed a harness bar from my 02 Z06 and I dont know what I need to put this back together to stock. Can anybody help me with a part number? Is it just a different size bolt?

There is also supposed to be a plastic cover that snaps around the fitting, GM 10258492, no idea of a source other than used belts on the forum or e-bay.
