Default Multiple Problems with C5

I just purchased my 1998 C5 from a relative who drove it as a daily driver until 2019. It had an engine code and he didn't follow up on it letting it sit uncovered for years. I purchased and had it shipped down to Florida,

It had a P0300 code (Multiple mis-fires)
Also the AC is not working throwing HVAC codes.
The windshield wipers were running continuously.
The Passenger seat was stuck all the way forward.
It had a message saying that the steering Column Lock was problematic

I replaced the wiper motor, cleaning out the drain plugs
I removed the seat and hot wired it and it worked.
The switch had a piece of metal that broke internally.. A new switch is on order,
I purchased the LMC5 kit and installed it as instructed, fixing the Steering Column error.
I purchased wires, coil packs, Plugs, Oil Sensor and re-location kit, Knock sensors. I still have to do that work.

Here's the problem. All of a sudden, the Convertible hatch release, the Fuel door and trunk will not open. I can manually open the Gas Door and convertible Latch. There is NO cable to open the trunk. All he fuses and relays are good. I did read that there is a ground strap under the passenger door seat belt but I cant get to it. That ground has all the elements in common (Trunk Release, Fuel Door and Hatch. I'm stumped on how to fix this. One other caveat is that the Trunk courtesy lights do not go out, and the Power Antenna stays up.. Any help would be greatly appreciated..... Thanks in Advance..... Born in 53.
