EBCM relay & install question

EBCM relay & install question
Gonna cowboy up today and finally remove the ebcm from my early model 2001 and do the solder fix. Since I'll already be at the circuit board was thinking might as well change the relay as well. Does anybody know what the part # is for the relay & where I can get one?
Also, upon reinstall, should I put silicone between the ebcm & brake module. The tutorials on you tube don't address that point but can't see any reason why I wouldn't.

Thanks 2step, there was SO much silicone from the factory surrounding the relay & capacitors that I decided it wasnt worh the risk of removing it, especially when I could see that one of the points on the board had clearly eroded away. Soldered the 5 and now finally, Woo Hoo, it's all good!
