C1282 Yaw sensor
I hope this helps someone out there. I got the dreaded C1282 code. Took the Yaw sensor out of the center console. I black probed the connector to the yaw sensor. As I probe the grey wire (+) and orange wire (-), I got a reading of 5.07 V. This is what it should read, it is the 5V reference. As I wiggle the probe, lo and behold the code cleared. It seems that the GM connectors for our C5 is getting old and is not making good contact. So I just service the connector and bend it a bit so the female connector made better contact with the male connector and the code is gone. Morale of the story is that before changing the 300 dollar sensor, check the connector. The C5 connectors are getting old and tired.
