Default Pin Crank?

Is it necessary to pin an ATI Damper LS3 motor in a N/A engine for track use? I know its preferred but Its a stock LS3 with 430hp...THX! Its also a 10% underdrive pulley...

The only reason many owners pin the crank is the installation of a supercharger and the added load on the balancer, my opinion is no n/a motor

I can lend you the tools if you pay the shipping back. While not completely necessary. I did mine. Really easy to do.
