I had my clutch replaced a couple of years back, and one of the first things I noticed was that not all the fasteners got tightened, particularly on the exhaust side of things. Second thing I noticed was an idle problem, which I quickly determined to have been caused when they let the motor sag on the mounts with the drive train out. Each of the joints on the air inlet tube had slipped, with small gaps at several locations. Check your exhaust fasteners, particularly at the exhaust ports, and then also check the inlet at the throttle, MAF, and filter interfaces.
