corvette servo part number?
The corvette servo is nearly the best servo and better then the gm 2004 gto 4l65e?
My friend said my 1999 corvette stock trans, small cam, headers shifted alot faster and nicer than his 2004 gto 4l65e with stahl, headers cam.
Will the c5 4l60e corvette servo fit a 2004 gto auto trans i think is 4l65e and what is the part number?

Its for my father he said my corvette shifted faster smoother compared to his 2004 gto auto. Just asking here as someone may know where to get the original c5 servo or a better one if theyve had experience with this and noticed improvements im no transmission expert.

Better servos then the corvette? Do you happen to know the part number or place that sells the complete c5 corvette servo 4l60e or what aftermarket servo are you saying is better than a c5 corvette servo have a link to item? When i look up corvette servo it pulls up a servo that says 82+ 700r4 4l60e, 4l60 I dont think the c5 corvette had the same servo from an 82 corvette.

I believe the 700R4 was introduced on the 1982 model cars. The early ones had a 27 tooth splined input shaft, and weren't a very good example. 1985 saw the introduction of the 30 tooth input splined shaft. I believe either version in the Corvette had the Corvette servo, IF IRC!!

The corvette servo i read applies 50% more pressure and faster firmer shifts without the flare up between shifts or long time it takes.
Just really looking to put a stock corvette servo or upgraded one if better then corvette servo on a stock 4l60e cam, headers, stahl 04 gto ls1.
