Default P1870 code
Just had a rpm stage 5 4l60e transmission installed with a GM performance torque converter (2000-2200 stall I think) and I have a z06 rear diff. When I was cruising to work on the highway at around 70-75 mph my check engine light came on and it threw the p1870 code at me. What could be causing this? I’m hoping it’s just a tuning issue and not a mechanical because it’s new. Thanks

Did you have a tune for the new gears and the high stall converter? If not that's your issue

No I do not and that’s what I was thinking was wrong. I’m gonna hit up my tuner about it later to see what he says. Thanks!
