Default O2 Sensor Nightmare w/ codes

First time posting, long time lurker since I picked this thing up at the start of covid. Anyway, I find it best for me to learn if I have some interaction rather than browsing the old posts. Besides, I haven't quite found my solution yet. Hence this post.

2 years ago, i did a Long Tube Header swap and removed the cats so i dont have Bank 2 O2 Sensors. Never even tuned them out, just drove with the CEL on. Ran fine, no issues, just codes for the Cat Sensors, no big deal.

Recently, I had to replace my compressor because it's summertime. Leather seats, black interior, no a/C. It was horrible. So to replace this compressor, I removed the passenger side long tube header. Throughout this process, the o2 sensor was unplugged for the passenger side only. In addition to this, I had also poured water onto the exhaust manifold before removing anything because I needed to cool it off to touch it. The spark plugs were left in because I'm a dumbass, and I broke 2 of them. One of which was immediately replaced with a mismatch just so I could drive it home. I then replaced all spark plugs on the passenger side because I found out she was running extremely fat. Come to find out one week later, she's still running fat and stalling with misfire codes even with all matching spark plugs. (NgK Iridium TR5IX).

I should note that during the installation of everything, the extension wire i have for the o2 sensors was melted with exposed copper. This has been exposed for the entire duration since the swap because it was touching the pipes. Putting it all back in on this day, I rerouted them so they wouldn't touch anymore.

PCM codes are 0134, 0135, 0140, 0154, 0155, 0160, 0300.

With these codes, it looks like my o2 Sensors failed... but I find it hard to believe that it'd run fine all this time and then suddenly decided it's not going to work. Is there something else I should be checking? Or is this just some fluke incident and I really do need new o2 Sensors?

Just looking to poke some brains out there with this debacle

Did you mean to say Bank 1 and 2 rear O2 sensors ??...you said "bank 2 sensors" which means only the right hand sensors...the 0134 and 0154 are upstream "inactivity"...with your longtube headers the upstream O2 sensors are way down into the exhaust stream...you may have to get a tune to remedy this...the 0135 and 0155 are heater circuit DTC's for the upstream O2's...did all of these DTC's pop up after the wiring was fixed ??...if the heater circuit DTC's are current you will need to check power and ground on the heater circuit wiring.

The wires are not fixed, I haven't found the time to do that yet. However, going off the ground and checking power, I found that the Fuse was blown. Probably because I moved the exposed copper around making it touch. Just didn't think a fuse would be the cause of all this headache. Lesson learned though and thanks for the input!
