seems to not want to start when its hot and muggy outside. could be coincidence. Didnt start yesterday was nice and cool out today and it started. I will have to go to my buddies shop and have him put the tester on to find any codes.

What is the battery voltage across the battery terminals? NOT the DIC reading.
