I don't have a LS3 in mine, but I am running the C6 Airaid air intake w/ Gen4 MAF. I was looking for a stock LS3/LS7 air intake but stumbled across this on for a super cheap price.
If you mean "GEN4 MAF" is in a newer LS7 card style MAF, yes it's pretty easy.
I'm running a stock LS7 air bridge with a stock LS7 card MAF. Obviously need a new pigtail to work but it's fairly straight forward. With that is a LS2 ported TB and a Dorman LS2 intake.
