Default 2002 Z06 Wheels

Looking to go to 18” front and 19” rear wheels and tires on my 2002 Z06. What size wheel width and backspace would fit on the car without any issues? Thanks

Let's start with stock Z06 wheel sizes... 17x9.5 ET54 front and 18x10.5 ET58. Stock tires are 265/40/17 & 295/35/18. A direct 18/19 exchange means 265/35/18 & 295/30/19 mounted on 18x9.5 ET54 & 19x10.5 ET58 wheels respectively.

Wheels are a very subjective thing, along with tire fitment. Some people want ZERO poke, some people want "flush" fitment, others are okay with a little poke, etc.

On my Z06 I went with base C6 5-spoke wheels, 18x8.5 ET56 front & 19x10 ET79 rear, with 255/40/18 & 285/35/19 respectively. This setup worked best (for me) with a 25mm spacer for the rears. Also, these tires are almost an inch taller than stock which gives the car an extra 1/2" of ground clearance.

Not sure what you mean by poke? I like my wheels to fit flush with the body of the car and have some depth to them, outer edge of rim is set out from center hub or at least the appearance of it!

Poke is wheels sticking out beyond the fenders. Some people go for that look intentionally, some just accept it (i.e. putting C6Z wheels on a standard narrowbody C5), and others [like myself] don't like wheels sticking out of the fenders.
