Recently removed the rear subframe and trans to swap in the built trans and diff and ran into a little problem.
The ground studs on both sides in the rear wheel housing were VERY corroded and snapped while removing despite soaking in pb blaster. Im pretty sure they are welded studs, and can not be just spun out and replaced.
Any input on where to relocate those grounds or add new?
I would just drill some new jokes in that area and use some sheet metal screws the same size as the studs…adding some tooth washers wouldn’t hurt either.

Had that idea but i wasnt to sure just cleaning the paint off and sending a self tapper in would suffice lol
