Default Really at a loss... Need help!

So my DIC stopped working. Well I'm pretty sure it still works cause I see info flash across it but I have no control with the button cluster on the right side of the dash that operates the DIC. It took me a while to find a replacement button cluster but I did and replaced it and it did not fix the problem! I am trying to button up a few minor things in order to get ready to sell the car and I have no way to even show a potential buyer how many miles is on the car!! I am not sure if I should assume that the new (used) button cluster I bought and installed was also bad or there is some other reason the DIC is not working properly. Don't think I can get what the car is worth without being able to display the mileage!! Is there any other way to bring up the odometer reading?? Should I assume the new/used button cluster I bought was bad as well and get another? Is their anyone around that I could ship my entire dash cluster to that can diagnose and fix it?? I know I can buy a whole new dash cluster, but that will not show the actual miles on the car ( around 65K). Really at a loss and could use the help/advise of all the vette folks!! Thanks in advance for any help that anyone could provide. These cars are amazing and so are most of their owners!

By many reports it is the cluster. My DIC has begun randomly cycling through the setup routine.
If you do a deep search you’ll find a thread or two on getting the replacement cluster mileage reset to actual — I think it might be worth giving this outfit a call:
https://www.prospeedo.com
I’m a little better off, since my actual of 117K is pretty close to my spare IPC at 127K.
I keep hoping it’s a less than optimal ground, but not a lot of old threads with that as a solution. Several where a replacement IPC was.

With the key out, turn the parking lights on. The mileage should display in the DIC.

you need to change the instrument panel. The spring in the old buttons went out causing a chip in the cluster to burn up.

Curious... This chip that has burned out, does it cause the DIC to malfunction or just make the buttons inoperable? Mine seems to be working correctly?
If I over fill a tire with air it will flash across the screen as "high air pressure RF", or "low air pressure LR". The info that streams across the DIC seems correct but I just have no control over it?
