starter relay??
does my 1997 have a starter relay? A few years ago I replaced the ignition module when some of the accessorys did not all come on immediately, replacing it fixed it, now for a while when I go to start it starter does not engage, Turn the key off and try again it fires right up, but now its getting worse, bad starter relay or what?,

Your car does have a starter relay, it is most often called the TDR "Theft Deterant Relay". The TDR is located above the BCM in the passenger footwell area behind the toe board. It is the relay that sends 12v to the starter solenoid to energize the starter.
