New seats... airbag light
So I'm in the middle of an aftermarket seat install... I have read conflicting info, some say to remove the seat control box and install it under the new seats. Others say it's not needed. What I do know is with the seats removed the airbag light is now on. This could be unrelated because... old car... or do I need the control box? Car is a 1998 pace car

thanks, I don't know what I did. Car has a battery disconnect so maybe I did, maybe not but the battery has been on and off through the process. I also installed a z06 gauge cluster, HUD, and just cleaning things up all at the same time
