I've searched far and wide to figure out the correction connections for the fuel evap switch for my 98, and the best answer I can find is that (1) one line goes into the fuel evap switch from the fuel evap solenoid, and the other two lines are unattached? Seems like one of them is (2) vent hose but shouldn't the other line (3) go to vacuum?

(2) seems to be a vent hose which seems fine, but (3) looks to be a vacuum connection but the threads I see say it's disconnected on their cars.
