Tracking my C5 Z06 4-5 times per year and while I've enjoyed every second it's time to look at suspension upgrades. Not a lot of money but open to suggestions for track-worthy affordable shocks (adjustable and non-adjustable) and sway bar upgrades. I've been satisfied with the upgraded EBC brake package I'm running as well as the Continental Extreme Contact Sport 02 tires.
Many like Doug Rippie Bilsteins. They've been great on a friend's car running 4 to 5 events a year with T1 sways. I'm going the same route. Randy at DRM is a member of the forum. https://www.dougrippie.com/drm-corve...ilstein-shocks
Strano also posts in the autocross and road race section and may have some ideas.
No road time with them yet, but through Strano I had found Progress bars and had them recommended by several guys in the Corvette Track Enthusiasts FB page so I picked them up. Stout, with adj rear. Great price vs many out there.
35mm tubular non-adjustable front
25mm tubular adjustable rear
I've got HSD coilovers on mine with poly bushings and stock sway bars. I'm very happy with it. It's comfortable enough on the street and works great on the track. My only small gripe is the fronts rattle a little bit over rough surfaces.
I put the bilstein B6’s on my base coupe, along with Steinjager sway bars, adjustable end links and bushings. All the parts were about 900 with tax, did the install myself on a Quickjack.
steinjager bars are C6 z51 equivalent. 32mm front bar, 26mm rear. Great for HPDE and affordable. Great for daily driving too.
