Replacing valve cover gaskets …

doing a bunch of maintenance that ive been putting off, anyways

rocker arms tight up and down, side to side the smallest of small amount of play. my main concern is the small amount of oil build up. valve stem seals shot or this is fairly normal? granted the car is on level ground, not on jacks. hopefully im just being paranoid!

I’ve changed valve cover gaskets in mine last month here’s what the valve train looks like after 20 years looks pretty decent IMO

👍👍 thank you, was your car more leveled out? i feel the rake of the car is why i noticed a little more oil build up on the 1st & 2nd cylinders

car on the ground perfectly level, after comparing our pics I also noticed the amount of oil in the front of yours
