I've been trying to fix this leak for a few weeks now, I can't seem to get it unless I push the T-top adjustment way down.
Is that the only way? I've replaced both the t-top seal and the halo seal, but still nothing.
If anyone has pictures of their window and t-top alignment, that might help.

Could need window adjustment that you do from bottom of the door, open that rubber seal there, requires a female torx. Lots of how to on the forum. It’s a pain to get right. Or remove door panel to adjust window position in the lift. Or both.

Is the window supposed to cover the corner of the t-top and halo seal? It could be too low.
Ok, and I do hear air. Ill try fixing it when it isn't 20* out. Damn Florida isn't supposed to be this cold!
Ha, funny because I initially wrote that I'd take a pic for you but it's -3F in my garage, no thanks! (Denver area) I was in FL with a buddy in the 70s, he was a sharp money guy (we were early 20s so that was very unusual), and there was a sudden unexpected freeze. He immediately got on the phone and bought orange futures, made a small fortune. Good luck!
I don't see this being shared much. Water is supposed to drain into the halo seal channel then down the insides of the side parts and exit in the door jamb. If it can't, then it runs over at the corners and leaks.
A guy I know that owns a body shop uses a dollar bill. He straddled a dollar bill on the edge of the window. Then he rolled the window up all the way, and shut the door, with the dollar bill sticking halfway out the window. Then he pulls on the dollar bill. If it drags, he calls it good. I use a thin piece of paper about half as wide as a dollar bill. I think a bill is a bit too wide. If you find a spot that it will pull thru with no drag, you've found the problem area......

Yeah, I can see that it kind of does on my car, maybe its blocked? It seems like the t-top seal doesn't push into the gap fully on the outside.
Im really not sure what to think. Until it gets warmer out, I've just put some weatherstrip adhesive in the gap, and that has worked.
